It's available for a long time now. Since end of 2010 now for public. I followed it and they seems not ot be very good at marketing.
Their cost model is changeing all months. It started with 1000$ then suddenly 2000$ or so. Sometimes they had a royalties model with 20%, then skipped it to an annual fee and now they have 400$ or so.

I also noticed they deleted their whole forum with threads from earlier this year. Maybe because people were reporting of issues. I really hoped to get a good product but stopped testing it some months ago...no sings of other licensees or projects made with the tool. I wonder why tehy are still in business. Seems they look at twinmotion and lumion now and do assets which are supplied with Neutron.

I think it could be a good tool with interesting features. Something like CryEngine2/3 as it seems to be aimed at. But with their steady changing cost models they hurt themself and I dont want to buy a tool where I have the fear that it wont be supported very long if they go out of business.
