Thank you very much Nico you are too kind! i shot these at 420mm (300+1,4x extender=420) and i could get really close to these birds without disturbing them which game me some great closeup pics.

That's great Magnus! I love to shoot birds, it's challenging and rewarding. 420mm is what I use most often too, although it is a bit too short for song birds.
The first image of the mallard is my favorite and mallards in general are a good species to start with since they usually let you approach closely.
As of now I managed to capture 46 different species in this season.
