Would be really helpful with product renderings if Maxwell could have a shadow on white background capability (similar to Keyshot). I know you can achieve the same thing in Maxwell with alpha channels and invisible planes...but I find that process too long and painful.

Easiest way is to turn on shadow for the material applied to the plane and set the planet to be hidden from camera, render also the alpha channel and shadow channel. Then open the MXI directly in Photoshop where you have all these channels and you can tweak them as you like. The process is pretty smooth and you have the freedom of not having the shadow "fixed" in the render.
