actually, a pretty neat tool.. especially with Maxwell... to often for floors, people just place some repeat textures...
This is somehow different, and I think much better..

so if you are in the Interior design or arch. previz.. you might be interested..

the good thing is that you can get very close from the floor with the camera, without the need to map gigantic textures... and the randomization is very good..
the floors have a natural feel, and you never see a seam...
