I haven't work on Rhino for a long time... (and I work with AutoCAD everyday), is there a way to make the navigation more like autocad?

Like switching the functions of the mouse wheel to the right button?

Not that I know of, but I wouldn't take my word for it -- probably you'd want to ask over at the Rhino newsgroup.
