Hi there.

I have recently upgrade to maya 2010/11

I was using maxwell with Maya 8.5 before and in the camera properties was a maxwell section, to control the camera settings for use in maxwell.

This is now gone, I can not find any maxwell specific settings in the camera... does it now just take the maya setting for the camera... or am I missing something?

Also when I save an MXS file from maya, when I open this is studio, it gets stuck looking for a camera. maybe the two things are related?

Many thanks in advance

Make sure the plug-in is set to autoload. See the last post in this thread for details.

Please list the Studio version, plug-in version and operating system that you are using. Does rendering straight out of Maya work?

Autoload worked a treat! Camera settings now shown! Thanks

Re this loading camera box hanging around. I am using both XP32 and 64bit systems using Maxwell 2.5.

It also has nothing to do with maya either. If I use Maxwell studio to import some obj files and make a scene, then save the mxs from maxwell. If I close and open maxwell studio and load the mxs I have saved, then this "Loading..." small window still hangs around and will not disappear - it has a progress bar on it that says 0%.

Thanks for your speedy help!!!

So, is this a known issue?
