Why is Maxwell (Render or Studio) 2.1 Mac OS X version unable to open any MXS 2.1 file Windows 7 64 bit version?

A bit more details please

Does it happen with any scene you create? What happens when you load the mxs, any error messages? Does it say something in the Console panel in Studio?

the same problem here. maxwell says file does not exist, and the console says

Scene loaded succesfully!
Number of Objects: 0
Number of Triangles: 0
Number of Materials: 0
Number of Cameras: 0
