I have 2 i7 connected and the one that I use only as a node render machine, doesn't start rendering like the other that has the manager opened... Actually with a very simple scene, there was a delay of 1min20sec...
Is this normal? Is there anything that I should change from my firewall or from maxwell?
It is not a big problem but I would like to stop this if it is possible...
I use PANDA and MXNETWORK has in/out license between my PCs

was it with IBL ? and .hdr was 2,2GB ? maybe it was time of coping large file from host to slave?

try to disable the firewall and use a small scene without textures. Will you still get the same result? Have you read the console messages from the node?

Well, it must be the hdr I use, there is no problem with the firewall because it would never start rendering...
