When we make a model in Sketchup and then load it inside of Studio, we cannot get the groups/components to load correctly. Before the new plugin, the old exporting a file from Sketchup via file>export would keep the objects in the SU scene intact as groups when loaded in Studio. When we open a MXS with instances on, we get pieces of the model disappearing still, i believe those being mostly duplicated components. Can we get help with a solution?

Have you tried setting Display Mode to All in Studio > Instances panel > right-click menu? By default, for purposes of performance, Studio does not display all instances.
