Just can't figure out why the view in the Render is different from that in the viewport.
Could it be the new Tab system screwing up the definition of the camera ?

Cheers,

I was using V5 pretty heavily for a couple of days right after the tabs were added, and I didn't see any similar problem, so I'd guess it to be due to some other combination of factors. Process of elimination -- can you reproduce it using a fresh document? How about with a new perspective viewport in this document? Does it (the error) persist identically between sessions? Etc...

I deleted all my named views, and moved the camera a bit.
It finally rendered the proper view.
I'll send you a file if I can reproduce the behavior.

Thanks for letting me know. If you can actually get a file where a camera is stuck like this, that would be great -- while it is nearly impossible to speculate just on the basis of a couple of screenshots, with an actual file, it should be quite trivial to find the reason.

Since the computer crashed last night during the render, the Rhino file was not saved, and as such, it still exhibits the problem.
I'm sending the link to download it on your E-mail.
Just go fullscreen and render.
You don't have the texture files, but I suspect you will still see the strange camera behavior...

It appears to be a problem with Rhino's viewport. Try this:

1. remove all geometry/materials and add a simple cube, just to make testing easier
2. confirm that the view still does not render correctly
3. rename VUE INT MARSEILLE to VUE INT MARSEILLE - bad
4. duplicate the view as VUE INT MARSEILLE - good
5. set viewport layout to 4 views
6. set the top left to VUE INT MARSEILLE - bad
7. set the top right to VUE INT MARSEILLE - good
8. export to Studio
9. confirm that both views are exported identically, and both incorrectly
10. back in Rhino, change the X Target for VUE INT MARSEILLE -good from -19565.673 to -19565.674
11. notice that the view shifts appreciably, even though it should not, given this tiny change
12. export to Studio again
13. confirm that the VUE INT MARSEILLE - good camera is now exporting as expected
