Hi John,

It could happens that maxwell.shell_x86.dll is being used while the installer tries to override it, and it might fail under some environments. Please try this:

- Close all the windows and restart the installer
- If it does not work, open a command line and go to the folder where you have Maxwell installed, ie type:

>cd c:\Program Files\Next Limit\Maxwell

then type

> regsvr32 /u maxwell.shell_x86.dll

After that, restart the installer.

We will try to debug what's going on in your system to avoid this problem in future installers.

I shut down all Windows explorer windows, including the one used to launch the installer and that worked. Everything is now working.
