Hi ! I've become a great fan of compositing renders with the rhino viewport's "Technical" display style.
Since Maxwell will seemingly never had toon style renders, It's a way to get the look I need for my illustrations.
But a problem arises when I want a render larger than the viewport.
Up to now, I had funky lens length changes in the resulting image ; that was until I realized I had to use the "Pick film size rectangle" tool before changing my output resolution and lock film ratio.
Not too sure why Maxwell doesn't keep the defined lens legnth, but anyway...
When comes compositing time, I realize that the render is still slightly distorted compared to the initial view.
I suppose this is due to lack of precision when picking for the "Film size rectangle".
What would be the proper workflow to get both :
-Higher resolution than screen for the render
-Super-imposable render and viewport image
?
Thanks !
