It's a plug-in command called "MaxwellSendJobToNetwork". If you're on OSX you need to re-add the plug-in to make it show up. After that you need to either manually add it to your UI using the menu editor, or import the MaxwellMenuBranch.cfg file in the same menu editor, which will create a button group with all the Maxwell commands.

PS: please note that the send job to network feature doesn't work too well with animations at the moment, it will display one Maxwell network wizard for each frame of the animation. It's only meant for single frame renders for now.
