I say you do t worry about making him all filthy like in movie, but rather an "out of the box" approach as he would appear to be off the assembly line.... Then maybe you sell the prototype to Honda or GE. Hehehehe :D

Still some small issues to overcome here, but this one is rendered directly from SolidWorks, in the past I would have exported the model to Rino, but meshing is so much better than in Rhino
It saves me about 2000.000 triangles

Geometry:
