Sorry if I am being thick about this but I am in a time crunch and hoped to try Rebus. I have downloaded and uploaded and everything seems fine. But when I attempt to start the render on the farm it claims I do not have enough points. I have purchased 30 points and got a promo of 10. So what am I doing wrong. I have tried setting the goal sampling level and time lower in Studio and activated overdraft on the account with Rebus.

What am I missing?

Yes I should contact Rebus and I have tried. It is a weekend and no one is answering in their end. So I tried the OT section of this forum.

I have also tried with a super simple scene and still get the error that I do not have enough points (even though I actually poured some more money into the farm (70Euros worth) Sigh!

Tom. Thanks I'm not quite sure what to make of that statement though? My understanding is that I should upload the .mxs file right? I am using the latest and greatest of Maxwell.

Thanks. I got an answer from them. Turns out it was a simple mistake on my part. I need to set the max render points used. It wasn't clear this was a value that could be edited by me. How it goes when the pressure is on I guess.
