Generally speaking, what that dialog is telling you is that Rhino experienced a critical error while execution was inside of a protected region of the plugin's code. At that point, I have a choice: either ignore the error completely, in which case Rhino will crash immediately, or show this dialog, and let you decide what you want to do. It is only a last-ditch effort to allow you to try to save your work; in most cases, you won't even be able to do that, as Rhino will crash more or less instantly anyway, due to whatever caused the underlying issue.
