Hi JD- I am working with hdri's now as the new V2 seems much faster using them. I am trying to set up a scene and keep adjusting the HDRI and using new files. My issue is that every time I wish to select a new HDRI I am sent back to my administrator account and have to scroll through 'My Computer' etc to get to where I saved the file.

Other places- like selecting an ior file (once you select an ior file once) jump you back to the ior library instead of to an upper level on your system each subsequent time you need a new file.

Is there any way to change this in areas where this the situation?

Hmm...it works fine here; separate paths are remembered for the different (mxm, mxi/hdr, bitmap, etc.) file dialogs. I'd try rebooting; the plugin can only ask Windows to do things like this and if it doesn't, there must either be another app interfering (do you have any non-standard explorer shell extensions?), or something in the system is malfunctioning.

Hey JD what is a "non standard explorer shell extension"? I don't think that I have anything strange operating but it is a bit hit and miss which folders are going to 'remember' where I was last. This obviously sounds like an issue with my machine I guess. I will try to reboot later and see what happens.
