Hello,

I have project rendering out a design of a remodeled bedroom. These are my progress renderings. I will start adding furniture and other things soon. I need to work on the exposures a bit as well. The day shots are still grainy.

I may need to get 2.0 soon. I hear it renders faster and clears up quicker.

No. The floor still needs work. It is not supposed to look so rough. I need to pillow the edges and make it look smoother.

Also floor's texture angle should be fixed; The plank's angle in the corridor is around 45 deg.
And yeah, the lighting does look good indeed.

Thanks...

Yes. The angle is what the designer and the home owner want. I think 2.0 is on the near horizon. I really need the company that I use for my render farm to get on board with 2.0 though.

Thanks,

I had a bit of help with some of the modeling...Time crunch on this project has not allow me to do everything :(

I agree..But the home owner is spending a ton of money on that floor. It is what she wants...so she gets it :)

I think in the end, that floor and interior/furnishings is going to look great -- although that angled thing rubs me the wrong way, 45 degrees the wrong way. lol..

Whoever did that little social/chaise model --hats off!

I think if you put a small emitter plane in your recessed lights and aimed it upwards, would add some drama to your lighting. It will give an IES effect.

Thanks for the comments philmartin, ivox and justin.

These have been on hold for some time. Not sure if they will pick back up. So I will probably devolpe them futher on my own as resume pieces. I think I will go with wall to wall carpet. We'll see.
