the email and download refers to a patch 2.0.1, but after I ran the patch I'm seeing v2.0.4.0 build 10/10/2009 (for win 64 bit). Just curious about the discrepancy.

Maybe you're checking the version of your Rhino plugin? If so, don't forget to grab 2.0.5 for it.
