Site loads really fast here as well, I wouldn't worry about the preloaders. The one with the video actually started from around 7% for me. It's a nice site, you guys don't just play around then
The text is a bit difficult to read, it's unclear. A pixel font would work better. The links in the links section could open in a separate window instead.
