Hi guys- I have been backing up my files by manually copying individual files and folders every week, but I have gotten to the point that this system does not work anymore.

I am looking for some software that is easy to set up and use... I would love to know what you folks are using.
Thanks!

A good idea is to use a backup and synchronize app... I know that a good one is here... www.superflexible.com
Another one is www.goodsync.com

If you look for something open source or freeware you can use

super duper is great as a general backup tool - free version will do a basic backup to external voume. paid version will do incremental backups on a schedule. Very good app as it preserves all metadata and is super simple to use. from shirtpocket software.

i recently used it to backup my whole system prior to fresh install of leopard and then upgrade to SL, then used migration assist to load my files/apps/prefs back on

best of luck
