Simulens..... ! ...maybe a tad heavy on the diffusion or is it diffraction ? Try not using the aperture map and just raising the scattering -- very natural results.

Overall looking great .... That lamp shade is fantastic.

Adjust to your taste, of course, but I think your exterior ground sits too high.

On the balcony the parallel rails that turn a 90 degree angle - about the third or fourth ones down from the top - the ones that form an optically straight line - that's where the horizon line is.
