I'm still modeling the remaining (right) side and then maybe the power cord...
And the next time I have to check the phong tags - there are some things that looks strange.

Yes, its a precision M90, but the older lattitude ones look the same with different color casings...
I don't want to model the holes in the front case (ca. 280) and the round ventilator opening on the underside. Same thing for the battery release.

MoI or Moments of inspiration is a nurbs modeler from the guy who started Rhino in the first place... In some places similar but really useful modeler. From there I go via .obj export to Cinema and arrange everything.

Thank you people! It's a pleasure for me to get praises from you, whose work I admire here.

The laptop is not finished yet but when it is I'll upload some stuff to the MoI page as well.

Nice work macray, I just installed the Moi demo, and from what I've seen it looks like it's capable of great detail.I haven't used nurbs since Maya 6.0 and I was looking at Rhino, but I cant see dropping $1000 on an app I'm going to use sometimes.
