Ernesto, I think its easy to say that we all including NL would want it to be the way you described.
Studio has causing me headache very often, but as we continue looking at these problems we find good alternatives for every day work.

I think Studio needs to be taken for what it is, a nice app that includes all the cool maxwell features, but can't compete with a 3D-allrounder that has been in developement by huge companies for over 10 years. Its important to set priorities, and Next Limit are priorizing a software that does amazing renders, not 5 unbiased tricks that run perfect on every system in every situation.

I've been very happy using the cinema plugin and as you can see there are plenty people that have an ear at NL.
They listen to our problems when it comes to developement. I think its great for a costumer to be so close to the developer.
From a completely different angle we have to accept that maxwell is amazing and something very special but still a product that needs to be sold in order to exist! This means that you have to keep up with the competition, keep and hopefully expand your market share and find a balance between what everyone wants and what needs to be done.

NL have helped me out various times and I think and hope I can help them out too!

Also, if everything was perfect in this world I'm sure I'd be on to some mischief making it more "alive"

Wouldn't it be much, much better if they just had, like, huge you-know-whats to serve as, well, shelves? Yeah ... you know it would be! Yes, ladies, I am a pig. Spank me.

But seriously now. I'd love to see an improved, bug free Studio. Why? Because, in essence, it's a really cool app - yeah, it is! But right now, it's kind of being held back by its shortcomings. Shame, really.

That said - a Modo plugin ... who needs the Studio?
