Wow, the left milk is great. Never thought of using SSS to create convincing milk before. :) Usually you think of things like wax, grapes and skin.

Oscar, what do I hear you say...? A Maxwell update with SSS tomorrow? That's great man, thanks! ;) ;)

Cheers,

Thanks. That milk image isnt mine, its a well known test.

SSS is when light hits something and is absorbed and bounces around inside the object, then leaves in a different direction. Like light entering skin will pick up the color of the fat layer and blood, etc...

well Tom... you are doing great jobs Man ! I was reading some posts about your job in 3D in Turkey...
Really hardcore situation... I have had a bad image of Turkey in my mind since I was young... why..? believe it or not, but this was after I watched that movie "Midnight express", I know this is stupid...

well lemme tell you Tom, Luxembourg is a very rich country, and I am probably the super poorest here... sure they have money to spend(in cars and vacation), it is very hard to find new free lance jobs for me too... they are going other places because they have money and also because they think it is greener , that's the problem here... I am working 99% for US Co's...

Even Trick (Nice LW from Netherland) told me he is doing jobs for Luxembourg...

Anyway, have you tried getting jobs with internet..?

(I know, who the hell am I to say all that...)

some people told you... you'll be discovered one day... i warn you here... this is not a solution today... so many talented people are starving and giving up every day... you have to push for it... really hard... competition is really super fierce in the 3D arena...

I really wish you luck, because you worth it, and you deserve it.... not your talent, but you personnaly.

Joy on Earth !
Hervé, an old fart...

Really nice looking glass, and cool colors there! Congrats!

Those caustics are excellent, who cares about refraction and ior issues, when you can feast your eyes on such nice patterns... :)

mistle, thank you!

Herve, thx for all those words and compliments.
It's really great you can understand me about business. This is catch-22.
Forget about movies and lies about my country.
To be honest, I hate here more than you all and I make you sure that
this is a nice country and people as you have in Europe...
We're only suffering from economic problems and you know this all.
But with low income you have to think and do more to survive.
And yes you're right, personality is much more important than any ability. ;)
Thank you again...

Aldaryn, thank you. Yes, I also enjoy those caustics but to be honest,
I disappointed by the tolarance issue and thickness. Your bottle model is very
creative also. But I can't resist rendering a glass more with this problem.
