Hey all - I am going to be in Frankfurt for a week and Paris for another week through the new year. Can anyone suggest any cool sites / unique things to do while there? I'm of course stopping by all the big sites initially, but would love some unknown gems to check out if anyone knows of any.

goto the Chartier resto... oldest in town.. historical huge restaurant cool simple traditional french cuisine, not expensive...

Just the building itself is worth it.. it's like you go back in 1920's..



be careful, the entrance is not directly seen from the street... but ask.. everyone in Paris knows it..

I ate there (15 years ago?) when I was in Paris. God I love the food in France...

Herve - We got a chance to eat at Chartier and it was quite good. They even had a delicious vegetarian plate for me to order. We got there around 4PM and sat right away. When we were leaving there was a line around the block to get in!
