the light at the top of the image looks like it needs to be smoothed out.
maybe even hidden or dropped down and pushed back so more of it is visible.

maginficent work... :!: ... don't know what else to say...

only thing i see is the old Marlboro ad is mirrored...and that in the first few images you posted i thought that the grating fence of the front building looks to "new & straight" if compared to the facade/roof texture.. but with the new materials it is not visible so much anymore...

what are you gonna add next.. insects? :D

..seriously waiting to see the final

Terrible!!

The modelling is impressive, would you show close-up wires?

So clean modelling, and use of displace!

It would be very interesting if you'd show the right side in the render, in term of composition and perspective, in my opinion

After looking at these more and more I found something weird. There's heavy texture usage having high frequency dirt/wear and most of them are very close or repeating patterns. Somethings somehow need to be smoother, newer, heterogeneous. Actually the scene looks like it had an acid rain. Another point is homogeneous lighting. It's a huge drawback when it comes to make something looking real. The contrast is completely washed out. It's OK the sky is overcast but for some reason all the materials look like they are lambertians and it gives a feeling like a screenshot from an old game engine. I think you can do better.

I know what your saying Tom, but don't you think the residual render grain is just exacerbating this ?

So, is this a known issue?
