It's pretty clear whats going on. Spambots are registering users on this forum and using the account to send random spam messages to other users.

Have a look at some of the newest users registered
Try to click on the usernames and look at what kind of "homepages" they have... lol

Using CAPTCHA for registration helps cut down on this type of thing a lot if not completely.

yes, I agree - this will be the best solution to prevent the spambots from registering more users.

And then NL should clean up the Memberlist and delete all the obvious "fake" users. (Or simply delete all users with 0 posts that have logged in 1 time only?)
