Thanks! I will have a "Phase 1" and a "Phase 2" final render. The first will be just a render of the small building, and phase 2 will be both buildings.

Looking good... A few suggestions:
1 Consider changing the time of day or year to create more drama in the lighting.
2 Add more construction details, such as horizontal brick relieving angles at every floor, vertical control joints in the brick, and some other control joints (if stucco) or seams (if metal panel) in the yellow material...
3 Add signage and striping for ADA parking

Nicely done Brian! Your scene lighting feels "alive" compared to the previous! I seriously do like this setup....Better materials overall! - Those trees look much better - do like the the branches added within the camera's view - Great Work! :D

Are u using an HDRI or physical sky by itself?

Also, the cars are 3d and implemented into the scene?

Also, are the trees 3d and are they the dosch trees?

Yes they are.

They are 3d but they are Onyx. Modified for SSS leaves.

What sort of glass are u using bub?
Also, did you put actual emitters inside the building?

The glass looks good...not too reflective.
