Update time again.

One of the side entrance parts. Still have the bottom floor left to do here.

And again.

I had to redo parts of the towers as i made some errors with the amount of windows as well as the upper part.
I also finished up the side entrance, so next i´ll be doing another render with the parts that are finished.

I'm following this thread since the beginning and i just realized, with this last picture, how much job has been put in this model. It's amazing and fantastic!

do you have floor plans/sections or is

Thanks folks.

I´ve actually made a serious error on the main dome and the amount of windows on it.
Still haven´t decided if i should correct it or just leave it the way it is, as i basically would need to redo the entire dome body...
msantana wrote:Rudolph I'm curious, what is the polygon count?
Polycount for the scene above is 2012749 (13784093) polys.
Although i will cut some of that as i start to optimize the pieces and delete unnecessary polys.

Sadly no plans of any sort, so i´ll have to go for the eye measure part. :)

Prior to the modeling, i tried contacting the basilica information center asking if there were anything available, and they suggested Archives Historiques, but i sadly never got a reply from them.
Too bad as it would´ve made the process a lot quicker.

...they could´ve at least recommended a book or something...
