No Probs! :shock: I got to say those modeled oranges are looking great makes my material come alive! Well done! Just curious are the material settings slightly tweaked? Can I use this picture on the mxm site along with my material? - credit will go to you for the scene setup! :)

It's your original material, only displacement settings are adjusted a bit to fit the scale of the model. I would be happy to see it along with the material on the MXM site :)

here is a quick test to see if the SSS-effect can be faked using a translucent layer int he leaves material. The reason for testing this is that I think that to model each leave as a solid and using SSS is not the way to go to achive a correct appearance in a back-light situation.

Scene: Ive from the Ivy-generator, sunlight from the back and single-sheet leaves.
to the left: normal clip-map material for the leaves
to the right: added a diffuse, translucent layer (no SSS)
