I read once that a man returned his computer saying that the "automatic tray" for drinks didn't work properly, with a light movement the "automatic tray" was returning inside the pc again so easily that the glass was falling all the time pouring the liquid all over the table, keyboard and mouse....

wow, just wow.

imagine the customer service person that had to deal with this guy, i bet when this guy gets his car worked on they refill the haligen in his lightbulbs too.
