Hi dudes!
I've got problems with Shift Lens not working from camera's maxwell props. Could you please check this issue? And I really wish to have an option to override it from "Renderers Properties" dialog with mxcl flag.

My system specs:
C2Q 6600, 4Gb, Windows Xp 64-Bit, 3dsmax 2008 64-bit, Maxwell 1.7 64-bit, 3dsmax connector 1.7.5.

What do you mean by "not working"?

It's working for me except for some black stripes in the upper outside corners. I did find that I had to enter much higher values than I expected (then again, there is no documentation of the recommended range of values). For an exterior shot with a 28mm lens, rendered at 1200x1800 I needed to us an x value of 30.

The values are percentages of the film size, so the usual range is -100 to 100, but you can exceed it. Positive X values move the film to the right, so the objects appear to move to the left. Positive Y values move the film downwards, so the objects appear to move up.

The black stripes sound like a problem, could you post a screenshot?
