Its good!
A few things that still make this a render though:
-The facets on the oven
-Rope is too kinky - and a weird color for rope
-Tiles are a little too uneven, the grout should really be more level w/ the tiles
-Overall scene burn should be lower
-Edges of walls/bricks and other features could use a nice fillet.

looks great... just a little detail which drives me up the wall or should i say ceiling?!

Your soffit/ceiling should have the joists supporting the floor not the other way round. When you modelled the opening you trimmed the floor joist and know gives the impression they are being held by the floor boards, maybe you can add a cross beam and make the joists a bit deeper?
