Hi ya,

I suggest using video editing software like Adobe 'After Effects' or
Adobe 'Premiere' where you can load the alpha channel footage
seperately in order to clip your colour channel. I think even QuickTime Pro
is capable of that. To do this in Photoshop is probably quite time consuming.

Hope that helps :)

Maybe you can do it in Photoshop playing a bit with File>Automate>Batch.

You can make Photoshop open files from folder and apply an action automatically.

But probably a video editing soft will handle it better.

As far as I remember there is a setting when you load the footage, if and
how to premultiply the alpha... Haven't used it for ages :(

i am not a AFX-pro, but as far as i know, you can only choose the premultiplied color option if you got an image(seq) with an embedded alpha channel (RGBA)...

maxwell produces seperate files: rgb and alpha, so i made a set up build of two layers with these two sequences in AFX and make use of alpha or luma matte...this is not working very well because of these dark alpha edges...
and i havent found the premultiply option yet...

so how can i achieve the same result as in photoshop with toms script or RGBA files in AFX???
