Night version is impressive! You should just let it go more samples...

ooOooo about time! I've been losing sleep since your last update hehe.

Great updates, I love the first render but the only thing that is suspect is the mouse on the right side.

@dd - Thanks will def keep at it mate! :)

@Tom - Thanks for the thumbs up Tom! :D and yes more sample levels are being reach as we speak!

@devista - Thanks for the kind words! :)

@def4d - Oh I'm def not worried bout the render times specially with the results being produced! :D Thanks for the comments!

@sandy - wow thanks sandy! I'm hoping to reach SL 19 or 20 that should hopefully do the job!

@JCAddy - How much sleep are you going too lose now! Thanks, me too prefer the first render and yes sadly that mouse has been bugging me for a while as it does not blend in well with the scene! Its a tricky on tho cause in the day render the mouse blends in much better! Maybe some hidden emitters? might have to redo the materials for the mouse! :?

Update:

Ok I've manage to reach SL 18 The next sample Level is in 13H So here is the day update for now. It was slightly noisy so I decided to use Neat Image to clear some areas.I've notice some black dots in the DVD Rack area the only thing that springs to mind is that on some dvd cases I've used SSS!?

Thanks Fernando! Dam black dots  Its seems to appear at higher sample levels as my previous renders dont show the dots! did you ever get to the route of the problem?

Nop! I just know they appeared after resuming a merged render at high sample level too. As they were only two dots I just got rid of them in Photoshop.

Looks fantastic. I don't see a problem with the mouse now! Did you even change anything? Or just let it render further?

What about changing that curtain to something more translucent so that you get some light and variation in color showing through it? Might not be what you really have in your room but would make for an interesting object in the scene.
