Hey Leo.

If ouy are talking about the beach sunset, i guess you can achive that by positining you camera far away from you object, and using a 300mm lens.

Those are beautiful examples Kurt :shock: (i'm gonna corrupt the shock smiley soon if you guys continue posting images like this) hehe

I just rendered two subtle tests using the new physical sky, no sun disc visible here but i still kinda like them.
28 minutes rendertime on my quadcore rig, no sss in these tests. 1st landscape image mesh has 1 million polys and the second one has 2 million polys.

Kurt (or anyone) - how do you go about getting a powerful large looking sun without it reflecting? If I give it no reflectance it appears small and weak.

just try to change the camera Focal Length. Try 200-300mm etc...
