How accurate is this little utility?

I've noticed that my memory freq is 400mhz but suppose to be 800mhz? Am I reading this right? My memory is 3GB DDR2 800

That's correct, it's double data rate, or half the speed.

It's fair advertisement though, as the memory does perform more I/Os per clock cycle. The memory cells only operate at a lousy 100MHz btw
