When crashes, 3dsMax generates a file named 3dsmax_minidump.dmp in your %temp% directory. Could you send me that file please?

Also, we're in the point where I can't dig any further because of lack of information. So, could you zip and share the entire scene (all materials and xrefs)? Mail me a link to where I could download the scene. Don't worry about privacy, everything will be confidential.

Why do you say that when you are getting the coder's help? Give him what he asks for and he will find a fix. I don't think they want to forget about max9 or 2008 in mac.

Send me the simplest scene you've got there, but in order to create a similar context as yours, I need the materials as well. If it's possible, send me a scene with no xrefs, because it's easier for you to pack&send. And I need 3dsmax_minidump.dmp too.

Also, do you have some additional 3dsmax plug-ins installed?
