Great rendering and all, but it's probably the ugliest building I think I've ever seen.......

I still think the wood is too saturated. It just jumps out of the picture...

Just so every know... Unlike many people in this board that only do renderings of other people's design.
Most of the stuff (if not all) that I post are our own design. :D

Not bad comment on the design will be tolerate!!!

Leo,
I live in Colorado, and I have to say the thing that jumps out at me first is the color of the snow... It almost seems like it's been "grayscaled." Snow often has a very slight coloration in sunny areas and much more in the shadows.... Often bluish. Look at the shadows on the home-page for our local-favorite winter destination resort (Vail) http://www.snow.com

In your defense, I wouldn't expect someone from the sunny flat-lands of Florida to understand this :) :D

Something that might help the snow in the foreground might be a half-buried log, or a few boulders, or the tracks of cross-country skis.

I'll consider doing some boulders, next time... They will sure add a good feel :P

I have some good and bad news...

The bad news, is that most of pictures on this thread will not longer load.

The good news, is that you can see most of them on my gallery
