Here is a building that my client is fixing up and wanted a couple of renderings for in order to boost rental interest.
Thanks for watching.

The brick textures look like they might be out of scale.
Comparing the red bricks from the old and new views, you can see the size difference.
On the first set, the large cmu bricks at the base do not course out correctly.
Also, I can't help but notice all the ugly powerlines. Couldn't you clean them up a bit in photoshop? The bent bus stop sign is really bad...
Also, I have to question the timing of the pictures taken. Dirty, melting snow is not the optimum conditions for this photo.
Sorry to be so harsh, but this is what I see. I hope it doesn't make you mad! Really, I'd like to see this done better.
But... I see the improvement in the looks of the building, I just have to see past all of the other stuff first.

nice render and comp.. but these telephone poles really ruin the building.. so ugly.. last time I have seen these here is like 40 years ago.. with a good chainsaw.. would be a matter of seconds.. :D

It is not allowed to manipulate photos by remowing existing powerlines, poles etc. in sales/rental prospects unless they are really planned to be physically removed or changed. Anyway -that´s what I was told.

Wow, very convincing. Excellent camera and color matching, as the others already pointed out.

Bravo! These are really good.. I don't understand why people are complaining about the imperfections of the picture. Telephone polls are part of the photo. That's why it looks so convincing.

I think that since you did such a great job you've opened the door to a much more detailed criticism. :o) The only think I would change is the size of the bricks on the second picture. The bricks on the left side don't match the size of the bricks of the rest of the image. Maybe a subtle displacement? The lights seem a bit too white and dull. they need some texture some imperfection. It looks almost like a picture but I think the lights and the brown painting on the top are giving it away. They seem too perfect. :o)

Mark, he did a great job.. no worries about that... I was just critisizing the sad telephone poles reality... not his work.. which is excellent.. !

Near perfection. There is only one thing that really catches my eye... The lack of snow on the ledge above the sports store. Perhaps there is a way you could PS that in.

This project is in Ontario?

Thanks for the feedback guys
I also noticed the brick size issue. (mental note for next time  )
It's the building that's changing not the street scape so I couldn't get rid of the power lines and poles and such. It is what it is.

Yes this project is in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and nice eye on snow thing. I'll have to fix that just for fun.

Have a good one

What software did you use to do your camera matching? Very Nice BTW.

I would try to add a few simple volumes inside the "shoes fashion sport" shop, now it seems an empty space, a shop out of business.
