does anyone Know of a translator to go from mesh to nurbs structures? I've been looking for something that turns mesh models into iges or step formats.

I saw npower but it seems like it's going from nurbs to iges and step
max has it's own mesh to nurbs built in but it doesn't really do the greatest job.

Maybe someone has npower and could say if it does this and how well? Or some other package?
