so some 20 hrs of work ready to be posted as wip.

I got to model some more lightsources tomorrow and hit the final renderbutton. it´s all about how to light the church and get it a good look. friend of mine just renovated the church so the next step for him is to do the lighting and I kind of help him with that.

To be quite honest, I can't tell what I am looking at in the first image. It's way too dark. The second is better but still too dark.

Perhaps you could go there and take a photo for a photomatch?

oh the lightning is set up by the suggestions of my friend, that´s why I modelled and rendered it. maybe if it is done in a couple of month, I ask him to take a piture for a comparison.
Would be nice how reality matches with CGI.

How you made the church coloured glass?

hi bem,

the coloured glass is a normal glas material with transmittance map (the colours you see) and some 24 spots inside of the church so you can cotroll it via multilight.
