Very nice design, i like it. The images load quite slowly for me too. We're very spoiled by broadband nowadays, so this is very noticeable. If Flash supports progressive JPEG en/decoding, that would be a preferable solution to preloading.

Anyway, great job. The map in the contacts is a nice touch

Thks for your great comments...
Adri/ It's an AS3 full custom coded...no template.
Adrian/ the interface load directly the full screen image.
It's the reason for the little slowly loading.
We prefer to show our renderings in hi définition.
