Are these octo macs running using full power (all cores ) now ?
Any major problems running Maxwell on Leopard/ mac OSX ?

Full use of the 8 cores ->Yes
Studio -> viewport display in orthographic view too bad

Also, cubic projectors are broken in Studio.

Viewport display and cubic projectors are fixed in the 1.6.1 patch already released.

Sorry, the patch did not correct the cubic projector issue, at least for me.
