Hello, this is version 2 of a display area inside a hospital lobby.
Here is a reference picture of the type of wood displays they want to see:

Here is my first test rendering trying to match materials:

Oh, yes! Big plans...
I just hope I have the ram for the multilight!
There will be 4 of these displays, each with 4 can lights.
Then, acoustical panel ceiling with 12"x12" lighting with diffusers.
Also, a curved soffit with 20 more small point lights.
Sun/mxi (haven't decided which) coming thru the window.
Slightly illuminated mxi planes for reflections...
I'm out of breath...

Oh, yeah, this is due first thing Thursday morning... I see late nights in my future. :!:

Here's the render that we submitted to the client:

There are other things I wanted to do, but ran out of time.
I'm going to go back and clean it up on my own time.
I plan to:
Add trinkets/display items in the display cases.
Make the 2 columns light wood with granite bases to match the displays.
Add the metal panels to the display cases that were shown on the reference photo.
Add a rubber base to the walls.
Try using real glass for the display cases instead of AGS.
Vary UV's on the donor display wood. I'm embarrassed that I didn't do that for this render!

Any other suggestions that can help me improve this will be greatly appreciated!

Right now I just think it's a little dark. I would lighten up the area to the right any way possible and also maybe make the black panel display things read a little better.
