Nice work so far, great modeling skills.

The arm for the gun section, gave me the impression that the gun would be a lot bigger than it currently is. Perhaps you could beef the gun section up, so that the hinge system doesn't look like overkill.

With the middle arm section horizontal instead of vertical, you could just scale up the gun, retaining the scale of the gun's pivot shaft.

Sort of like this:-

...soooo,...the last time I have really no time for private-stuff,... but now it goes into the final,....only the column and the attachment is not ready at the moment,..and so the next step are the Renderings,....

This looks excellent! even tho you haven't even started rendering it yet maybe you don't need to render it at all, i mean the wireframes are pretty enough to look at.
