Any features you'd like to see implemented into Maxwell?

How about a way to export a multilight solution to a standalone viewer that would allow a client to play with the lighting conditions of a scene. It would also be helpful if this standalone viewer could import basic geometry and output lighting levels/settings

Say you are designing a "black-box" theatre and you model the space and include all of the lighting available to the space, but not the possible sets. You render out a multilight of the empty space, export it and give it to the client for their use in visualizing potential set designs/space configurations.

Interesting,

Wouldn't adding geometry need a re-render? Plus, I can't say that I have ever wished to give a client that much control. On the other hand, I often render a scene in multi light and tweak the sliders. It would be very useful to be able to give the file to our lighting consultants for them to make changes and suggestions.

I guess what I'm thinking of is a kind of "game engine" situation, where you create the environment and "bake" all the lighting info to the "scene", then the imported geometry would be rendered in real time. . .probably not the direction the Next Limit is going, but, hey--it's a wishlist

So, is this a known issue?

Thanks a lot for your response, I will update and […]

did you tried luxCore?
