Has anybody noticed that Max 8 seems to be crashing more with the new plug-in? It's not very scientific, my observation that is, but it just feels like it. I'll try to pay closer attention to what I was doing to see if I can pin down exactly what's causing it.

yes, i have many crashes too since the update... i always hit the save button before render... really annoying all these restarts

For me too.

After a render, I close the Maxwell render window and BAM!

Not every time, but frequently enough to annoy.

I had it when I first updated to 1.5 but then installed the newest plugin and walah, fixed my problems.

i think i missed the 1.5.6 update ... now it's installed - i will post if the crashes are gone.

I an using the 1.5.6 plug-in and am experiencing the crashes. I haven't used it for a few days now though. When I get back to it I'll post when it's happening.
