There was a problem with PPC version of ArchiCAD render SDK which is needed to build Maxwell add-on - it wasn't available yet. This is the message I had from Graphisoft:

The current state of the renderingAPI on the PPC for AC 11 isn't good. It looks like it will be about another 2 weeks or so before it can be posted to the official site.

The final version is now posted on Web site so PPC version will be prepared soon.
